好喜歡泰國菜中咸香咸香的菜式，有時在料理裡加入完全相反的味道，反而像推手般把其他味道抬更高，

每種食材也有順應出現的時序，讓每一口都有段短促而豐富的歷程。

先是味噌豆乳忌廉的咸香，之後被豆乳慕絲琳淡淡的奶香中和，

接著是呂宋芒的清甜軟糯，最後在口中回甘迴旋的桂花香，滿足滿足。

- Storage -

賞味期限：取貨當日，或以密實盒保存以防海綿蛋糕體變乾，保存至翌日。

取蛋糕後建議於1小時內放入雪櫃(攝氏 4 度)，運送過程中必須以保溫袋盛載，

並根據嘗味期限享用。

選擇自備保溫袋的客人請在「了解更多」參考甜點包裝呎吋

我們使用的是不含塑膠簡約紙盒包裝。

享用甜點後如無沾污，鼓勵大家重複使用或拆掉釘子回收

Best Before Date: on the day of collection or store with tupperware to keep fresh til the day after collection.

Please put the cake in fridge within 1 hour after pickup with thermal bag. (30mins without thermal bag)

The cake has to be always kept refrigerated.

Please refer to "Additional details" for the packaging size if you are bringing your own thermal bag.

Our cakes are packed with non-plastic boxes. Reusing or recycling our packagings are encouraged.

*選用call4van送貨服務的客人必須選購「需要保溫袋」以確保蛋糕狀態*

我們使用call4van送貨服務，運費以現金到付，

如需使用其他送運服務公司，可自行安排到工作室領取。

我們會按客人指定時間安排司機送貨

(最早觀塘上車時間：1230，最晚上車時間：1600)

因應實際情況，送達時間不會完全準確，請預留時間收貨。

產品上車後司機以電話聯絡客人並送貨到目的地*樓下*，

客人需要到車取貨時以現金支付運費予司機。
