Terms of Service - Koke Lab

1. Service Description

Koke Lab is a gamified educational platform designed for children ages 4-12. We provide interactive learning content across five tracks: Mathematics, Programming, Science, and Drawing & Art. Our service includes progress tracking, XP rewards, badges, and streak-based motivation systems to make learning engaging and fun.

2. Account Registration

To use Koke Lab, a parent or legal guardian must create an account. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and the parent or legal guardian of any child profiles you create. You are responsible for:

Providing accurate registration information
Maintaining the security of your account credentials
Managing and supervising all child profiles under your account
All activity that occurs under your account

3. Subscription Plans

Koke Lab offers the following plans:

Free Explorer — Access to all five learning tracks with basic features and one child profile. Free forever.
Premium Learner ($7.99/month)— Full access including up to 5 child profiles, detailed analytics, all badges & achievements, parent dashboard, audio-guided learning, and priority support.

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

No Refund Policy

All subscription payments are non-refundable. Once a payment is processed, it cannot be reversed, credited, or refunded regardless of usage. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to: partial use of the billing period, dissatisfaction with content, accidental purchases, or early cancellation. Upon cancellation, you retain access to Premium features until the end of your already-paid billing period.

4. User Responsibilities

When using Koke Lab, you agree to:

Use the service only for lawful educational purposes
Not attempt to access, tamper with, or disrupt our systems
Not share your account credentials with others
Supervise your children's use of the platform as appropriate
Report any security vulnerabilities or misuse you discover

5. Content Ownership

All educational content, including but not limited to exercises, illustrations, animations, curriculum materials, drawing sheets, and gamification elements, is the exclusive property of Koke Lab. This content is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written permission.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Upon termination:

Access to premium features will cease immediately
Your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy
Any unused subscription time will not be refunded unless required by law

7. Limitation of Liability

Koke Lab is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive to provide accurate and educationally sound content, we do not guarantee specific learning outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Koke Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform. Your continued use of Koke Lab after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
